My Responsibilities:
Did vendor empanelment in corporate, major accounts like Steel industry, Banking, Educational Institute, Govt. Sector, set up our only Bhubaneswar branch account.
· I am telecalling, E-mailing with major accounts like NALCO, HAL, TATA group, Airtel, Paradeep Port Trust, JSL group, Visa Steel, MMTC Ltd, BSNL, IFFCO, PPL, VODAFONE, Labour commissioner, OREDA, etc.
· Interacting directly with the customers. (By phone, By email)
· I am reporting to my Business Manager based at Bhubaneswar
· Doing tendering work like quotation given, price clearance from our principal like HP, IBM, CISCO etc.
· For our engineer & sale person tour fixing.
· Doing Logistic work
· Maintain database of staff.
· Maintain receipt & dispatch register.
· Raising Sales order through SAP.
· Co-ordinate with our tax consultant for VAT Return, audit report & financial review.
